“ 1/20/2026 update. Disappointing the past couple days. I wanted to talk to an advisor to ask for a price estimate, was transferred to the parts department, the guy there sounded unwilling to help because I did not have the VIN right in front of me. I have the model and the year and all I needed was a price range and he was about ready to hang up on me. I was then working with an "advisor". See photo for reference. I asked for an estimate to be sent to my email because it needs to be presented to a contractor who damaged the car. I got this email that looks like a text message from a GenZ. No attachment. Looks so unprofessional. I asked for a revision by adding the labor cost. Nope.... crickets. Went to a different company, was quoted $210 lower for a brand new OEM part than what this dealership quoted me. And it was on a paper, itemized, and professionally done and emailed to me after seeing the car. This dealership including their staff in the service department was top notch when it was still Keenan. Josh at Sales though, he's excellent! ------ Bought an Accord on October 6th (2021). The transaction almost didn't happen with a few hiccups, especially with my bank. Apparently, this dealership will only swipe up to $5k with my debit card. I wanted more, but I understand their policy. Eric and Kevin made it happen. They're very helpful people. Thank you! ”
