“ Context: Original appt was for a windshield replacement for my Type R. Corey Stone was by SA and he was great keeping me updated as we waited for the windshield to come in. Unfortunately, during installation, my dash was damaged (by 3rd party). Again, Corey was very professional and called me to explain the situation and set out steps to make things right. When the dash was replaced, I did notice installation tolerances were not to spec, so again I spoke to Corey and he made sure the issue was resolve in an expedited manner. My take: Things happen, I get it. Mistakes and accidents happen. The mark of a great service team is what steps they do to resolve and communicate effectively to make things right.
