Everyone there was as nice as could be. Our sales person John was awesome. He really went the extra mile to help us understand the features of the car. Additionally they had lots of cars in inventory!

The sale involved unusual financial gymnastics but he and the back office at Faulkner went beyond the call and managed everything smoothly and without drama. The deal went through on schedule and with no surprises. I was very pleased with my experience with a 'dealership', more so rhan I expected. They changed my mind about car dealerships.

I’d like to start by saying Scott and Jake are amazing! They are the definition of great customer service. I was initially supposed to buy from another dealer in Wilmington, but they completely dropped the ball by overpromising and under delivering. I reached out to Faulkner and connected with Scott and Jake, they were able to keep the price exactly where I wanted it plus they had the color I wanted. I live an hour away, but the drive was absolutely worth it. From the moment I walked in, I knew I made the right decision. The atmosphere was warm, clean, and inviting. They were accommodating and such a pleasure to work with. As a woman, walking into a dealership can sometimes feel daunting because you worry about being taken advantage of. I felt the complete opposite here. They were transparent, trustworthy, and straightforward throughout the entire process. While I was waiting for the paperwork to be finalized, they consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. They offered me something to drink and even offered their phone charger so I wouldn’t have to worry about my battery. It’s the small details like that that really stood out. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car. Even though I live far, I can honestly see myself coming back here for service instead of going somewhere closer because of how great the customer service was.

As usual, the service provided was EXCEPTIONA. I always request Ashley as my service writer. She is knowledgeable and thorough. She reviews all options for repairs Ashley also makes sure to explain any safety issues, and gives me the best course of action to correct them. She ALWAYS gives me the best deal, and describes all financial options The actual mechanical service provided is of course always the best.

Had a great experience with Mitch! The most painless car buying process I have ever experienced.

After months of searching for a 2026 Honda Civic Hatchback in a very specific trim/color, I finally lucked out with finding one here. Colin, our sales rep, was super helpful in locking the deal in fast and the line of communication was always open. The only reason this review isn't a 5 star is because I didn't appreciate how pushy the financial manager was with their warranties. 5/5 stars for Colin. 4/5 stars for the financial manager. Overall, super great experience and I love the car.

Salesman Joe was terrific. The rest of the dealership not so much waited for 8 hours until paperwork was ready to be done. I put partial cash down they counted 5 times. I get a call two days later telling me they miscounted and that I owed them another hundred because they counted wrong. The car didnt even have a full tank of gas when I got in it to leave it was almost on E, and I had an hour drive home.

1/20/2026 update. Disappointing the past couple days. I wanted to talk to an advisor to ask for a price estimate, was transferred to the parts department, the guy there sounded unwilling to help because I did not have the VIN right in front of me. I have the model and the year and all I needed was a price range and he was about ready to hang up on me. I was then working with an "advisor". See photo for reference. I asked for an estimate to be sent to my email because it needs to be presented to a contractor who damaged the car. I got this email that looks like a text message from a GenZ. No attachment. Looks so unprofessional. I asked for a revision by adding the labor cost. Nope.... crickets. Went to a different company, was quoted $210 lower for a brand new OEM part than what this dealership quoted me. And it was on a paper, itemized, and professionally done and emailed to me after seeing the car. This dealership including their staff in the service department was top notch when it was still Keenan. Josh at Sales though, he's excellent! ------ Bought an Accord on October 6th (2021). The transaction almost didn't happen with a few hiccups, especially with my bank. Apparently, this dealership will only swipe up to $5k with my debit card. I wanted more, but I understand their policy. Eric and Kevin made it happen. They're very helpful people. Thank you!
