A very easy process. Drive in to enclosed service area, greeted by a valet person who takes your keys and brings you to the customer service desks. Patrick was very personable and quickly processed our car. The waiting room is large with area for children with fish tank and tv room with comfortable chairs.

I worked with Jillian at Faulkner and was very happy with the entire process. Jillian was by far one of the most professional and knowledgeable car salesperson that I have ever dealt with. She was very proactive, but not aggressive. After taking the car I was interested in for a test ride, I shared that I would be buying a car by the end of the month, which was 3 weeks later. About a week before my estimated buy date, she contacted me to get an update. I asked for a price on the car which she got to me quickly. I was looking at 2 other dealers and when I had all my quotes I shared I needed her best offer which she got to me within the hour. Because of her professionalism and very good price, I bought from Jillian. She's a class act and will enjoy working with her again in the future. She made the difference in my decision.

Context: Original appt was for a windshield replacement for my Type R. Corey Stone was by SA and he was great keeping me updated as we waited for the windshield to come in. Unfortunately, during installation, my dash was damaged (by 3rd party). Again, Corey was very professional and called me to explain the situation and set out steps to make things right. When the dash was replaced, I did notice installation tolerances were not to spec, so again I spoke to Corey and he made sure the issue was resolve in an expedited manner. My take: Things happen, I get it. Mistakes and accidents happen. The mark of a great service team is what steps they do to resolve and communicate effectively to make things right. Corey and the staff were able to acknowledge and take the steps to "make things right".

Had an excellent experience at Faulkner. Had an issue with my 2025 Honda Pilot that I purchased elsewhere. Faulkner diagnosed the issue which required extensive repais, facilitated all the repairs under warranty, kept me very well informed of everything that was happening AND gave me a loaner for close to 3 weeks at no charge!! Corey in service was excellent with communication, the gentlemen in the pull in service area were great also. Can't express how much I appreciated the quality of service at Faulkner.

My wife and I stopped in this week to look at certified pre-owned Hondas and walked out a few days later with a low-mileage 2025 HRV. I was having a great experience with Jake and Collin until I came back from a test drive and then all of a sudden I couldn’t find my owners registration and insurance cards that were on top of Collin’s desk. We asked if they had cameras and I was told they do not. I just don’t understand how those important documents were taken off of a persons desk and no one can find them. Be aware when you are asked for these documents that you have them in your possession before you go for a test drive.
