We bought two cars from Faulkner Doyelstown within a month - unexpectedly. 1st car was a beautiful 2012 Honda Civic for our 17 year old. About three weeks after getting it, the car was totaled by the insurance company as the result of an accident. We were back in the hunt 😩! After looking around at several other cars and dealers a bit closer to home, I texted Miranda from Faulkner and told her the situation. She was on it! She began texting me photos of used cars they had - just like she did the first time around. We ended up making the trip from Philly and went home with a beautiful used 2016 Honda Accord, which was the first car she texted me the day before. To be honest this car is nicer than the 2016 Tucson I’m driving 😂. Miranda and her manager and all of the people we worked with during the hours long process of car buying are the nicest people. We even got an amazing local cheesesteak recommendation for a place close to the dealership because by the time we left, we were starving. The cheesesteak did not disappoint! And we were on our way home in our “new” car with full bellies.

1/20/2026 update. Disappointing the past couple days. I wanted to talk to an advisor to ask for a price estimate, was transferred to the parts department, the guy there sounded unwilling to help because I did not have the VIN right in front of me. I have the model and the year and all I needed was a price range and he was about ready to hang up on me. I was then working with an "advisor". See photo for reference. I asked for an estimate to be sent to my email because it needs to be presented to a contractor who damaged the car. I got this email that looks like a text message from a GenZ. No attachment. Looks so unprofessional. I asked for a revision by adding the labor cost. Nope.... crickets. Went to a different company, was quoted $210 lower for a brand new OEM part than what this dealership quoted me. And it was on a paper, itemized, and professionally done and emailed to me after seeing the car. This dealership including their staff in the service department was top notch when it was still Keenan. Josh at Sales though, he's excellent! ------ Bought an Accord on October 6th (2021). The transaction almost didn't happen with a few hiccups, especially with my bank. Apparently, this dealership will only swipe up to $5k with my debit card. I wanted more, but I understand their policy. Eric and Kevin made it happen. They're very helpful people. Thank you!
